Interior and Exterior Painting Services in Paramus NJ

The Paramus borough wasn’t always packed with large shopping centers and malls. Nothing that makes it a renowned borough today was present a couple of centuries ago. The area occupied by the borough was mostly bare. And though Paramus borough was incorporated in 1922, its history dates back to an earlier time than this. In its early years, the region was full of dirt roads and celery farms.

The Lenni Lenape Indians were its early inhabitants and gave the region its name. The name Paramus has a Lenape background. It’s derived from the word eramsepuss’ which is translated into the land of wild turkeys. Because of this, the borough currently has a large wild turkey statue in the Paramus Park Mall.

Aside from the Lenni Lenape, the earliest pioneers of the borough included Jacob Epke Banta, who patented the land in 1686 and Isaac Van Saun who owned a patent dated 1695. There was also Albert Zabriskie, who had his land deeded to him by the Lenni Lenape Indians back in 1702.

The Paramus road was simply an Indian trail. During the colonial years, it transformed into the main artery of the land transporting both American and British armies during the Revolution. At the time, General George Washington was a frequent user of the trail.

The first school in the region was built in 1726. Both white and black children were allowed to study in this school. The second school was erected in Arcola region and the 3rd in 1876, and still stands tall and strong to this day.

Painting Your Home to Match Your Evolved Taste

With time, the home that was once your dream home feels like a bland and lifeless space. It’s not that you hate it, it’s just that you are not into the color or theme anymore. You need to change things up to fall in love with it all over again. For this, you need to work with a professional painting industry. Luckily for you, we are the company you are looking for.

Why should you choose us?

We are licensed and insured

Ask around and you’ll realize that hiring an unlicensed and uninsured company is a disaster waiting to happen. You see, though painting seems like a harmless and an easy project, there are a lot of things that could go wrong.

When things accidentally take a turn for the worst; either the painter gets hurt while on the job or the painting results are below your expectation, an insured painting company will cater for the bill that arises. However, if the company is uninsured, you are liable to foot the medical bill or the rework of the painting process.

We communicate

Communication in a painting project is one of the most important things. A painter needs to know what to do and you need to know how the painter will transform your home into a work of art. If you need any changes made during the project or you don’t understand why something is being done at some point, we will be there to explain it to you in a way that you’ll understand.
